Working principle of machine:


1, When empty cans go into the first set automatically by conveyor, gas tubes (carbon dioxide) automatic down to the bottom of the cans and inject carbon CO2(carbon dioxide), which exchange the air inside the can due to the density different of carbon dioxide and air.


2, The can Injected co2 goes into the second set automatically by conveyor,, beer tube automatic down to the bottom of the cans and filling beer.


3, Filled cans go into the sealing machine automatically by conveyor, before sealing, inject CO2

again then start sealing, which ensure there’s no air inside of the can.

INFEED CONVEYOR
