Small Capacity Draught(draft) Beer Filling Machine

Working principle of machine:

1, When empty cans go into the first set automatically by conveyor, gas tubes (carbon dioxide) automatic down to the bottom of the cans and inject carbon CO2(carbon dioxide), which exchange the air inside the can due to the density different of carbon dioxide and air.

2, The can Injected co2 goes into the second set automatically by conveyor,, beer tube automatic down to the bottom of the cans and filling beer.

3, Filled cans go into the sealing machine automatically by conveyor, before sealing, inject CO2

again then start sealing, which ensure there’s no air inside of the can.

FOUR HEAD CO2 INJECTION & FOUR HEAD LIQUIID FILLER UNIT

SINGLE STATION DOUBLE SEAMING OPERATION

o   Cans are positioned to engage the Seaming Chucks

o   Stage 1 folds the End Curl around the Can Flange

o   Stage 2 irons the double seam into it final shape creating the airtight seal.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR

DISCHARGE PACKING TABLE

·         Discharge conveyor is capable of pushing onto Packing Table

·         90 degrees to the discharge conveyor and cable of holding 70 cans minimum
