To enhance the accuracy of foreign trade analysis and strengthen data support for macroeconomic decision-making, the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China officially launched the China Customs Trade Prosperity Index en Avril 2023.
The index is compiled through monthly surveys conducted among selected import and export enterprises across China. Key operational indicators collected include order volumes, production costs, logistics conditions, workforce levels, and business expectations, providing important insights into China’s foreign trade performance.
Roi Machine Co., Ltd., a beverage packaging machinery manufacturer based in Zhangjiagang, has been selected as one of the sample enterprises contributing data to the index.
The selected sample enterprises represent multiple core industrial sectors. Companies participating in the program also include packaging equipment manufacturer Machines d'emballage Newamstar Co., Ltd., as well as leading industrial groups from Zhangjiagang such as Groupe Shagang et Groupe Yonggang, which play significant roles in China’s export-oriented economy.
King Machine specializes in integrated beverage production solutions, covering bottled water, carbonated soft drinks, juice, and dairy processing lines supplied to global markets across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
The company’s inclusion in the China Customs Trade Prosperity Index reflects recognition of its stable export performance and industry representativeness within China’s manufacturing sector.
