20,000BPH Alcohol Fermented Beverage Filling Line for Lavida Winers in Uganda

Lavida Winers, a fast-growing beverage company in Uganda, partnered with King Machine Company to build a modern alcohol fermented beverage production factory.

The project includes a complete 20,000BPH PET bottle fruit wine filling line for alcohol fermented beverage products. The line is designed for PET bottle fruit wine, flavored fermented beverages, and other low-alcohol fermented drinks.

Lavida Winers first contacted King Machine Company in 2024. The customer had a clear goal from the beginning: to establish a professional beverage bottling factory in Uganda with stable production capacity and high product quality.

In early 2025, the owner of Lavida Winers visited King Machine Company to inspect the factory, review machine quality, and discuss the complete wine filling line solution. During the visit, King Machine introduced the full alcohol fermented beverage filling line process, including bottle blowing, bottle conveying, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, packaging, and palletizing.

After confirming the technical details, the customer signed the contract with King Machine Company in February 2025.

By August 2025, King Machine had completed the production of the complete 20,000BPH PET bottle wine filling line and arranged shipment to Uganda. After the equipment arrived, King Machine engineers spent around two months on installation, machine positioning, commissioning, and operator training.

Today, the alcohol fermented beverage filling line is running 24 hours per day in Uganda. The line provides stable filling accuracy, efficient bottle handling, and reliable production performance for Lavida Winers.

King Machine’s wine filling line technology is specially designed for fruit wine, fermented alcoholic drinks, sparkling alcohol beverages, and other alcohol fermented beverage products. The advanced filling system helps maintain product taste, carbonation, and filling consistency.
