In January 2025, King Machine Company successfully delivered a state-of-the-art can beverage production line to a European client. Designed for both cold and hot filling, this versatile line set a new benchmark in the region’s beverage industry.
Originally contracted for 9,000 cans per hour, the actual performance of the production line exceeded expectations. The 24-4 flowmeter can filler achieved an impressive output of approximately 11,800 cans per hour for carbonated beverages and up to 13,000 cans per hour when filling juice drinks.
At the core of this performance is King Machine’s advanced flow meter filling valve technology, which ensures high filling accuracy, minimal product loss, and compatibility with both sparkling and still beverages. The line integrates:
- Flowmeter Type: E+H
- ACM Online CO₂ Detection System
- ACM Online Brix (Sugar Content) Monitoring
This high-efficiency can filling line is now a model project in the region, delivering stable and precise filling performance across multiple beverage types. King Machine continues to support the client with reliable service, training, and technical upgrades.
