The third edible oil filling system delivered to Libya in September 2024 was a compact 1200–1500 bottles per hour oil filling machine, designed for small-batch, high-quality production environments.
Despite its smaller size, the system utilizes weighing-type filling for exceptional accuracy, making it ideal for specialty oils or startup production lines. With fewer operators required, low maintenance needs, and simplified controls, this line has become a reliable backbone for the client's diversified product portfolio.
The commissioning process, completed in early 2025, highlighted the flexibility of King Machine’s design team, who provided comprehensive layout planning, staff training, and remote support capabilities.
“This smaller line was the ideal complement to our larger filling systems. King Machine’s modular approach allowed us to scale production without unnecessary complexity,” said the plant operations manager.
