SIWAS Factory made its first purchase from King Machine in 2019, which
included two production lines: a 12,000BPH aluminum bottles carbonated beverage production line and
a
12,000BPH aluminum can carbonated beverage production line. This year, the factory expanded with a
new
15,000BPH easy-open can filling line for CSD, which has been successfully commissioned.
Additionally, a
cup filling beverage production line was introduced with a special two-step filling process: one for
popping pearls and another for hot juice filling.
The growth of the company’s beverage business is driven by strong local market demand and the
reliable
supply of equipment. King Machine continues to provide immediate technical support, service support,
spare parts, and remote assistance whenever needed.

The Beer PET Bottle Filling Machine (Model 32-32-32-10) in Hanoi, Vietnam, is designed with ultra-clean technology, featuring two stages of cleaning: disinfection water and ozone water. It includes semi-electronic filling valves with two vacuum exhaust cycles, ensuring high precision and cleanliness in the filling process. The sterile capping machine ensures that the bottles are sealed without contamination.
Additionally, the system is equipped with both CIP (Cleaning Inside Pipe) and COP (Cleaning Outside Pipe), providing two comprehensive cleaning options. The CIP/COP dual trolley is a key feature in ensuring thorough sanitation for sterile production lines. It consists of several key components, including a chemical dosing barrel, alkali foam barrel, water tank, circulating pump, and cleaning pump. The cleaning process follows these steps:
Three-in-One Cleaning: The process starts by mixing alkali foam with warm water (500L of water plus 15kg of Klenz FC-2 foam). The foam is sprayed onto surfaces using a spray gun and allowed to sit for 10-20 minutes. Afterward, the spray gun is connected to the flushing pump for a clean water rinse.
Water Treatment Cleaning: The chemical dosing barrel is connected to the RO cleaning interface, allowing the system to perform automatic RO cleaning.
Sodium Ion Regeneration: The system is also configured to handle sodium ion regeneration, ensuring effective water treatment throughout the production line.
This comprehensive cleaning and sanitization setup ensures that the production line remains sterile, meeting the high standards required for the beer bottling process.
