Dissolved oxygen process
1. The oxygen content of the water in the bottle is 63mg±1
Dissolved oxygen process operation flow
1.1 Turn on the water supply pump of the oxidation tower and adjust the flow rate (according to the actual production needs and the ozone content in the water)
1.2 Turn on the oxygen generator and the connected ozone production equipment, and adjust the air supply flow until the predetermined ozone content requirement is reached
1.3 When the ozone content reaches the required level, turn on the water outlet pump of the oxidation tower and feed water to the dissolved oxygen tank.
2.1 Adjust the water intake of the dissolved oxygen tank.
2.2 Turn on the cooling system and adjust the temperature of the outlet water.
2.3 Turn on one six-in-one oxygen generator and turn on two ozone equipment.
3.1 After 15 minutes of water in the dissolved oxygen tank, open the feed and discharge valves of the gas-liquid mixing pump, and start the gas-liquid mixing pump.
3.2 Adjust the inlet valve of the gas-liquid mixing pump to make the vacuum meet the specified requirements.
3.3 Turn on a six-in-one oxygen generator connected to the gas-liquid mixing pump to adjust the oxygen flow.
3.4 Adjust and connect the outlet valve to make the outlet pressure meet the specified requirements.
4.1 Fill the tank with water and stop the water supply to the dissolved oxygen tank.
4.2 Stop one six-in-one oxygen generator and stop two ozone equipment.
4.3 After the gas-liquid mixing pump continues to dissolve oxygen for 30 minutes, stop all dissolved oxygen equipment and stand still.
5.1 The oxygen content of the melting oxygen tank sampling test reaches 63mg±1.
5.2 Open the outlet valve of the oxygen melting tank and the empty valve of the filling return line.
5.3 Open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the gas-liquid mixing water supply pump of the filling machine.
5.4 Turn on the gas-liquid mixing water supply pump of the filling machine
5.5 Turn on the oxygen generator connected to the gas-liquid mixing water supply pump of the filling machine, and adjust the oxygen generator flow rate to 5L/min.
5.6 Test that the oxygen content of the discharged water from the return pipe reaches 63mg±1, open the return valve and close the drain valve.
6.1 Filling begins.
6.2 After the oxygen content and ozone content in the test bottle reach the standard, enter the next process.
