ARA WATER – Complete PET Bottle Water Production Line in Kano, Nigeria

In 2020, King Machine Company successfully delivered a complete PET bottle water production line to ARA WATER, a growing bottled water brand located in Kano, Nigeria. This turnkey project included every critical stage of bottled water production — from water treatment, bottle blowing machine, water filling machine, to shrink wrapping machine, chiller, air compressor, and all supporting utilities.

Once all equipment arrived at the customer’s factory, King Machine’s engineering team immediately began installation. The entire process — factory layout confirmation, equipment positioning, welding, installation, and commissioning — was completed within one month. After testing and trial runs, the production line entered smooth operation, producing high-quality bottled water for the local market.

Today, ARA WATER has expanded beyond local supermarkets and successfully entered the aviation supply chain, showcasing the reliability of King Machine’s equipment. The stability, accuracy, and efficiency of the bottle blowing machine and water filling machine have contributed greatly to the brand’s success.
