King Machine Delivers High-Speed CSD Filling Line for Pap’s Juice Factory in Bamako, Mali

 In 2025, King Machine Company successfully delivered another high-speed carbonated drink filling line to Pap’s Juice Factory in Bamako, Mali. The project included a complete CSD filling line, from water treatment, beverage mixing, and sterilization, to bottle blowing, filling, capping, labeling, and film packaging. It also covered all essential utility systems, including a steam boiler, CO₂ storage tank, chiller, and air compressor—ensuring a fully integrated production environment.

King Machine engineers worked closely with local technicians and interpreters throughout the two-month installation and commissioning period. From machine positioning, welding, and adjustment, to operator training, every step reflected King Machine’s professional service and attention to detail.
