King Machine Helps KOMOS Solve Space Limitations with Custom 3D Layout for Bottle Blowing Machine System

In 2025, King Machine Company successfully partnered with KOMOS Group, one of the top dairy brands in Russia, to deliver a new high-speed rotary bottle blowing machine and a complete air conveyor system for their factory in Kazan, Russia.

The project presented two major challenges: the low factory ceiling height, which limited the placement of the bottle blowing machine, and the complex overhead design of the air conveyor. With the help of King Machine’s professional engineering team and advanced 3D layout simulation system, both issues were efficiently resolved.

After detailed structural analysis and 3D modeling, the engineers designed a two-level installation solution—placing the bottle blowing machine on one level and using a suspended air conveyor system to transfer bottles to the filling area. This innovative approach optimized the available space while ensuring stable and efficient bottle transfer.

King Machine’s mature 3D design system enables customers to visualize every detail before installation, helping avoid on-site adjustments and saving valuable time.
