Project Requirements

To meet the continuously growing market demand, Manhal Al Janoub plans to establish a modern and highly efficient bottled water production line to achieve the following objectives:

In response to the client's requirements, King Machine provided a blow–fill–cap integrated bottled water production line with a capacity of 12,000–15,000 bottles per hour.

Through advanced integrated blow-molding, filling, and capping technology, the equipment enables fully automated synchronized production. This significantly reduces empty bottle conveying processes, improves production efficiency, and simultaneously lowers the risk of product contamination and energy consumption.

The entire production line covers water treatment, bottle blowing, filling, packaging, and downstream conveying systems, providing the customer with a complete turnkey solution.

 

Project Implementation

From equipment design and manufacturing to on-site installation and commissioning, the King Machine engineering team was fully involved throughout the project implementation process, providing equipment operation training and technical support to the client.

The installation process proceeded smoothly. The equipment was commissioned and put into production as scheduled, and all operating performance indicators met the design requirements.
