Since December 2022, a major bottled beverage factory in South Sudan has continuously placed new orders with King Machine
to meet the growing market demand. This expansion project includes two new production lines: one for PET bottles and one
for aluminum cans.
The PET bottle line features the Model 10-60-15 Blowing-Filling-Capping Combiblock, designed for carbonated drinks and
beer production, with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour. It integrates KROHNE Flowmeter filling valves, full-servo control,
and an energy-efficient air compression unit to ensure excellent quality and reduced power consumption.
The can filling line (Model 32-6) reaches an output of 15,000–18,000 cans per hour, providing a fully automated process
including filling, seaming, inspection, and conveying.
Both lines are now running smoothly under King Machine’s on-site technical support. With reliable performance and
professional service, King Machine once again earned the client’s long-term trust.
