Blowing part

The automatic rotary blow molding machine has five major technical advantages. Great improvements have been made in frame reinforcement, track optimization, etc. The equipment has less vibration and more stable operation; the heating distance has been reduced again to reach the distance of a certain international brand, and the same heating distance can be reduced by 1/ 4 energy consumption.

Washing Filling Capping

The machine is mainly used in the water filling operations. The three functions of bottle rinsing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling mineral water and purified water in bottles made of polyester and plastics.

Washing heads The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel. Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle. Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance. Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

Filling heads The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods. The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless. Filling method is fravity filling. Filling valve manufactured by SUS304. The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.
